Data Deletion Request
How a homeowner asks Alauda to delete the information in their case.
1. How to Ask
Email info@alauda.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request, from the email address you used with Alauda. If you no longer use that address, tell us your name and the email address or phone number you gave us, so we can find your case. You can also tell Alauda in the chat that you want your information deleted; it records the request for our team.
2. What We Delete
Your request covers your case details, messages, documents, approvals and application copies. A person on our team handles the request, and we may need to verify your identity. We may retain information where required or permitted by law to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
3. What Is Already With a Lender
Information you approved sending to a lender or its licensed partner is held by them under their own privacy policies, and deleting your case with Alauda does not delete their copy. Your approval receipt names who received what, so you can ask them directly.
4. Timeline
We respond to deletion requests within the time required by applicable law and let you know the outcome.
